There was a time when men used to go to war. Nowadays, we sit back and scroll social media endlessly. We have forgotten our daily duties and responsibilities. The worst case is we run from our general responsibilities as a man.

I know no one taught you how to be a man. Society talks about how, as a man, it's your duty to find "who you are." However, it's a lie; the fact is neither your father nor your mentor knows, "What makes a man a man?"

It's time that you identify and understand your responsibility and reclaim your title of a MAN.

The Call to Strength

Modern society has completely destroyed the image of a man. We were used to being hunters, kings, warriors, fighters, strategists, protectors, and so on. But these days, we either chase money, status, or women.

There was a time when men used to dominate the world. Nowadays, being dominant is far; people don't even respect a man until he is rich. The problem is not money but your character, personality, mindset, and attitude, because of which no one respects you or gives a fuck about you.

If you are helpless and tired of being a so-called "unmanly," then it's time for you to rebuild your identity as a real man.

Given below, I have provided you the only five pillars, by focusing upon which you can reshape yourself.

Pillar 1: Fortifying the Body

“No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.” ― Socrates

The body or physique is the first pillar of manhood. As you might already have witnessed, kids and men are weak nowadays.

You see, there was a time, like 20-30 years back, when there was no social media or the internet. Men used to be more masculine not only by attitude but by their physique too. There were no such things as obesity, heart attack, or depression. That was a golden time, but now wherever you see, you will find men suffering from tons of health issues.

The men are chasing money, status, and power and do not give a fuck about their bodies. The average age of men is around 60; a few years back, it was 80, such a drastic turn.

Now, the only option you have is to be in shape and master the art of physique. Understand what is right for you and for your body. Stop consuming harmful products or processed foods. Stop pretending to be cool, smoking cigarettes or drinking alcohol, following the mass crowd.

You can either start right now taking responsibility, or else you will see your world falling apart.

I am not saying you should buy gym memberships and then hit the gym like you are going to fight Zeus or Hercules. I want you to start prioritizing your body over your work. Your body is your responsibility.

Pillar 2: Sharpening the Mind

"The mind is everything. What you think, you become." ― Buddha

A strong body without a sharp mind is the same as a powerful car without a driver.

In this age of information, people are consuming only misguided information, which changes the perception of how the actual reality is. Due to this, our brain believes in false reality. The worst part is, most people don't even realize that social media is just a lie. Everything is either scripted or fake.

Your mind is in control of daily triggers such as notifications, likes, comments, and endless brainrot content, which give you a dopamine hit and make you feel excited.

How will you come out of this pothole?

The best thing you can do right now is limit your social media usage to 30 minutes. Once done, practice digital minimalism. It is an art of focusing on what is important, which will enhance your overall productivity without making you feel tired all day.

If you want to be smart, then focus on one skill that is in trend. Once learned enough, you are a specialist. After that, focus on being a generalist; a generalist is a person who has knowledge of vast subjects. The more you will study deeply about the human behavior and the reality, the better your brain will become.

No human is born stupid, but society made us stupid by exposing us to false beliefs and knowledge.

Pillar 3: Cultivating the Heart

"He who controls others may be powerful, but he who has mastered himself is mightier still." ― Lao Tzu

The red pill community and fake influencers have changed the meaning of the word "man." People think the more toxic you are, the better. However, it's a complete lie.

There is also a famous saying, "men don't cry," completely rubbish. Emotions are a part of human nature. If you cannot even express yourself in front of your family or someone, then what kind of a man are you?

The more you try to suppress your emotions, the more arrogant, filthy man you will become.

True strength lies not in suppressing your emotions but in understanding and expressing them effectively in front of the people. After all, you are a human, not a stone.

Listen, observe, understand, and express in front of people whom you care about. Remember, you are not a cynic; you are a man.

People should respect you, sometimes fear you. But they should not talk bad about you behind your back. Become a man, one your bloodline never had ever.

Pillar 4: Nourishing the Spirit

After you have mastered your body, mind, and heart, it's time to become spiritual.

Firstly, let me clarify that religion and spirituality are both different things. One can be spiritual without being religious. However, most so-called rational males may ask, "Why would I be spiritual? I believe in science, not in God."

Spirituality has nothing to do with religion. Both are independent. Being spiritual means you understand that there is something that is beyond science and mere human perception that is yet to be discovered.

By becoming spiritual, you will make your life more meaningful and can develop unshakeable principles.

Start creating meaning in whatever you do; start believing in something that is beyond everything and everyone. Rather than a nihilistic focus on being realistic, this will help you take control over your life actions and will also help you in decision-making.

Pillar 5: Igniting the Purpose

"If you are bored with life. If you do not get up every morning with a burning desire to do things. You do not have enough goals." ― Lou Holtz

A man without a purpose is just an animal who is living life just for the sake of mating one day with the female. Most people born, live their lives according to the society or family, and then they die.

You have only one life; you should have a purpose in your life so that you too can give your life doing something that actually matters to you. It can be anything; just remember that it should not be any other human or any materialistic things.

Everything in this world is a system; create systems. Remember, no matter what problem you are facing, it's not new in 99.9% of cases. Understand your problems deeply and find solutions on the internet. If you still cannot find the solution to your problem, then you can ask me. I am always here to help you out.

I am not asking you to change the world or something like that. I am telling you to create goals, no matter how small or big they are, and then achieve them. Everything in life is achievable if you actually want to achieve it; the only thing that comes between you and your goals is your action and execution.

So, right now, just think about 5 things that you always wanted or you never had. Write those things down on your wall with a big fucking marker and make sure to achieve them.

Final Thoughts

Being a man isn't about chasing temporary pleasures or trying to impress others. It's about reclaiming your identity, fulfilling your responsibilities, and living with purpose. Start with these five pillars—fortify your body, sharpen your mind, cultivate your heart, nourish your spirit, and build your legacy.

Take small steps daily to integrate these principles into your life. The journey to manhood isn't easy, but it is worth every effort. Embrace the challenge and become the man you were meant to be.
